Dr. Nicole M. Napolitano is a criminologist with more than 20 years of experience helping law enforcement agencies, municipalities, and communities build more effective and equitable public safety systems. Her expertise includes policy analysis, policing evaluations, accountability systems, training, and executive advising. She has held leadership roles with the Center for Policing Equity, New York City CCRB, OIG-NYPD, and academia.

Professor David A. Harris is a nationally recognized legal scholar whose work focuses on policing, search and seizure, use of force, police accountability, community relations, and racial profiling. He teaches Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Evidence, and Homeland Security, and serves as a member of the American Bar Association’s National Task Force on Stand Your Ground Laws.
